(More customer reviews)This is my second McLane mower in 35years. The Honda is a gas hog compared to B/S.engines. There has been several small changes but still a grate mower for the lower cut grasses. Gives a greens cut getting me a lot of comments on the lawn.

It seems as the Honda was added as an after thought so it would meet CARB specs.

Overall it is a GREAT mower. It will outlast me I'm sure.

For the person who thought the Mclane mower was not up to his standards, I have had mine since July 17, 1999. Yes it still runs great, I've had it serviced once when the pull cord broke about 2 years ago and it has never let me down. I've replace the blade once, hit lots of rocks, and now I hit an old bush stump. If you want a mower that will last, especially here in Arizona and with someone like me at the helm, this is the one. I'm 64, I think that qualifies me as "Grandpa" and me and the Mclane mower are still "truckin". If you don't think you'll be able to handle this mower when you're a "Grandpa", you better start getting some exercise.
